M. Soccer. Huskies Send Four To MLS, Most Since 1998

The Huskies men's soccer team had four players drafted or signed by MLS teams this year, tying for the most ever drafted from the team in a single year, and the most since four players were also drafted in 1998. Brent Richards, Jacob Hustedt, Jamie Finch and Abdul Aman were all picked up by MLS clubs.

Head men's soccer coach Jamie Clark has announced that seven high school seniors and one junior college transfer have signed National Letters of Intent to play soccer and attend school at UW beginning in the fall of 2012.

M. Soccer. Hustedt Drafted, John To England

There were plenty of reasons to cheer if you are a UW men's soccer fan on Thursday as West Ham agreed to the signing of defender George John from MLS' FC Dallas and senior Jacob Hustedt was drafted No. 25 overall by the San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS Super Draft.
