TUNE IN: US vs. Canada on Tuesday
This month, the Sounders FC has been without forward Eddie Johnson and midfielder Brad Evans as the two have been away with the US National Team’s January camp in Carson, California.
On Tuesday, their efforts will be put on display as Houston’s BBVA Compass Stadium will play host to a friendly between the US and Canada . The match is an opportunity for players to show their worth to head coach Jurgen Klinsmann as he contemplates lineups for this year’s World Cup qualifying matches, as well as this summer’s CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Tuesday’s match can be seen live on ESPN2, beginning at 6 pm Pacific. It will also be shown on Rogers in Canada and Univision Deportes nationwide.
