Sounders go live in preseason webcasts
The Sounders will play their first preseason match on Tuesday, February 5 against the Portland Timbers and for the first time in club history, the matches will be available through a live video stream on SoundersFC.com and MLSsoccer.com.
The 10 am Pacific kickoff against the Timbers is one of 26 preseason matches slated to broadcast live on the web, a schedule that includes Seattle’s three matches in Tucson’s Desert Diamond Classic later this month.
Those matches include a tilt with the New England Revolution on February 13, Real Salt Lake on February 16 and the New York Red Bulls on February 20. If they reach the final of the Desert Diamond Classic, that match is scheduled to be televised on NBC Sports.
